UAE property developer Aqaar said on Tuesday its $720 million (Dh2.6 billion) Ajman One project was on schedule and units would be given to investors in early 2011.
The project in the UAE emirate of Ajman comprises residential, business and hotels facilities and about 30 per cent of phase one is completed, a statement said.
At least 10 out of 12 residential towers are sold out and there is zero default in payments by investors, the non-listed Aqaar said in the statement.
Many construction projects have been held up in the UAE, where tourism and business growth boomed in recent years, because of the financial slowdown.
